Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (NASDAQ: ELOX) a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of novel therapeutics to treat cystic fibrosis and other diseases caused by nonsense mutations limiting production of functional proteins, today announced that enrollment in its Phase 2 clinical trial for ELX-02 in cystic fibrosis has resumed at certain clinical sites in the U.S. after being temporarily paused in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. On June 17, 2020, we announced that enrollment had been resumed in the Phase 2 clinical trial in cystic fibrosis in Europe and Israel after a temporary pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
